Written by Bob Pritchard on November 8, 2025
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the greater Stowville area warning of our first measurable snowfall of the season. The snow will arrive overnight tonight and continue till early Tuesday morning. We could see 5 centimetres tomorrow, and another 5 on Monday. Motorists should expect difficult winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays.
Environment Canada says that we’ll see cloudy skies this afternoon with temperatures near 6 and a UV index of 2 or low. Look for cloudy skies this evening and overnight tonight with showers of flurries and lows of zero. For tomorrow, we’ll see cloudy skies with snow with amounts up to 5 centimeters and highs of 1 and a UV index of 1 or low.
