Police have charged a man in his 20s with manslaughter and arson after a house fire in Courtice, in late February killed a 78-year-old man, and tens of thousands of morning commuters were upended yesterday morning due to an hydraulic oil leak on the western end of Line 2, that lasted for most of the day.
