Police are investigating a verbal and physical Islamophobic attack of a  Muslim woman wearing a hijab on a bus in Scarborough, and the heavy rainfall this week coupled with the winter melt, has left multiple communities under advisories for potential flooding with some municipalities issuing states of emergency.
