Environment Canada says that we’ll see sunny skies with morning windchills near minus 10 and afternoon highs near plus 4 and a UV index of 3 or moderate.   Look for clear skies this evening and overnight tonight with lows near minus 4 and windchills of minus 8. For tomorrow, we’ll see cloudy skies with highs  near plus 4 and a UV index of 3 or moderate.
