Environment Canada says that we’ll see partly cloudy skies this evening and overnight tonight with lows of minus 10 with windchills of minus 13. For tomorrow, we’ll see mainly cloudy skies with the risk of freezing drizzle and highs near zero with morning windchills of minus 7.
